Chapbook

a typeface by Feòrag

Chapbook is based on typefaces found in publications during the mid-seventeenth century.

Version 4 has OpenType features that work in applications that support them. The period ligatures can be inserted automatically by turning on Contextual Alternatives, and Stylistic Set ss01 inserts the long s where appropriate. Small caps have also been added. As the Italic upper case letters are not suitable for this, the italic small caps are based on the regular ones. There is also a basic Greek alphabet.
